    BRINetwork's 2020 On-Site Employee Health Clinics Congress

As healthcare spending continues to dramatically increase, employers are taking control in an effort to curtail costs while improving the overall health of their workforce.  Surveys have indicated that over one third of employers have already implemented on site employee clinics, while many others are in the process of either establishing their own clinics, or are interested in creating one.  This high-level event will showcase leaders and experts who will discuss on-site clinics as a successful strategy in controlling health care costs, enabling easy access to medical services, improving employee health, enhancing engagement in worksite health & wellness programs—and ultimately increasing employee productivity. Today, a health center can offer a full array of services spanning primary care and prevention to diagnostic testing, chronic condition management, pharmacy dispensing, physical therapy, lab work, wellness, etc.   The overall results have been positive for both employers and employees. At the 2020 On-Site Employee Health Clinics Congress, you will hear cutting-edge information on successful strategies, up-to-date trends, innovations, and best practices in on-site clinics. NAWHC’s 8th Annual Forum will now be a virtual event, allowing participants to be part of our major educational program without having to travel or be concerned about exposure to others in a large event venue. We will soon be surveying both members and vendor partners to learn what features would of most interest and value so we can design an event that’s not too exhausting to watch and still provide many learning and sponsorship opportunities. New types of sponsorship will be created to allow both vendors and participants to interact and obtain information from each other.

NAWHC is the nation’s only trade organization focused on helping employers and others understand the potential and value of onsite health services, as well to enable existing employer clinics to increase their capabilities and integration of other worksite programs and benefits. Members include employers and their vendor and provider partners.
