She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completed her post-graduate pharmacy practice residency at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Katherine’s background in intense critical care and chronic care program development deepened her empathy for patient struggles along the healthcare journey and strengthened her resolve to help remove barriers to healthy outcomes and better quality of life. Steve Zetzl, PharmD, RPh, Vice President, Client Strategies, Northwind Steve Zetzl, PharmD, RPh, is a graduate of the Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and completed a pharmacy practice residency at Methodist Hospital of Indiana. Dr. Prerana Rudrapatna is a physician entrepreneur and educator who champions a growth mindset towards health and wellness, integrating the evidence-based principles of lifestyle medicine. Currently serving as the Chief Medical Liaison at My Viva Inc., Dr. Prerana focuses on integrating digital health into primary and specialty care settings to enhance patient self-efficacy and optimize care delivery models for chronic disease management. Dr. Prerana's academic and professional journey began with a focus on health promotion. Her experiences at the Ontario Ministry of Health provided insights into systemic-level change and laid a strong foundation for her medical career. Her international clinical experiences in St. Vincent and Chicago exposed her to diverse health systems, where she built meaningful relationships with patients facing trauma. These experiences deeply influenced her approach, prompting her to emphasize care that transcends the typical clinical setting. Earning a diploma in lifestyle medicine strengthened her clinical understanding, allowing Dr. Prerana to transition focus to coaching patients to take ownership of their health. She is now dedicated to sharing knowledge such that other healthcare providers feel empowered in adopting a relationship-centered care model that fosters stronger therapeutic relationships and brings joy into clinical practice.
