In today’s environment, designing great benefits isn’t enough; employers need strategies to get people to actually use them. This session will explore how you can drive sustained employee engagement by aligning benefit design, care delivery, and on-the-ground account strategy. In this session, Cassondra Hepburn, Vice President of Benefits and Wellbeing at Jackson Health, will discuss Jackson Health's approach to driving engagement - and how they brought employees to use the employee health center as a tool in their wellness journey. She will also provide actionable insights on how to make a health center vendor an active partner in building and achieving employee health and wellness goals for an organization. We’ll share how a team-based, data-informed approach, anchored in strategic account management and connected care delivery is helping employers break through the noise and improve engagement. We’ll also explore how to define and measure “engaged” beyond just visit volume, and how employers can use those metrics to tell a more complete story about health center performance.
